Olive Branch Planning Commission to Hold Public Hearing on Zoning Change

Mayor Ken Adams said the Olive Branch Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Municipal Court Room at 6900 Highland to consider a zoning change and review a development plan.

The meeting is open to the public, Adams said. The commission will hear an application to determine whether a zoning change will be permitted for the applicable land and to review the proposed development plan.

The city’s staff report says the uses proposed by the applicant are specific to each area of the property. It also notes that the pictures and images in the application are conceptual only.

At the end of the hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Aldermen, Adams said.
