DeSoto Civic Garden Club helps The Arc Northwest Mississippi with Christmas festivities

On Dec. 7, the DeSoto Civic Garden Club (DCGC) members were proud to assist The Arc Northwest Mississippi as part of their philanthropic activities throughout the year.
The Arc Northwest MIssissippi is a non-profit organization serving the area’s disability communities. On this day, Cookies with Santa and 16 games and crafts were enjoyed by all. The Arc Northwest Mississippi in Southaven is one of similar chapters throughout the state and serves approximately 125 families in this area.
The DeSoto Civic Garden Club is a member of The National Garden Club, Deep South Garden Clubs, Inc., and The Garden Clubs of Mississippi, Inc., Hills and Delta District.
