Lynn Jones: The Silence of Love

Worship demands silence. We live in a noisy, chattering age.

David’s cry was the cry of grief and love.

You may not be going back to school this year, but in some way you ought to be involved in education.

Pray for God’s leadership and grace to overcome the “home court disadvantage.”

We also have an innate longing for some pain-free, discipline-free way of living the Christian life.

Words of gratitude are some of the most important words that we can speak.

“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!”

We all have been blessed and can bless others by daring to dream a dream!

Our patience, love, hope, and kindness can smooth the way for the Lord to come into the lives of people around us.

I believe that God is still looking for Christians who will be faithful in some supporting roles in life.
