One of our problems is that our religion can become nothing more than a sideline that does not interfere with the main business of our lives.

I hope that you have spent some time reading the greatest book in the world—the Bible.

Seeing God at work in small things is a key to being involved in the great things of the kingdom.

May God help us maintain our perspective!

“Some of God’s greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.”

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ, God forgave you.”

Life service, not lip service, gives evidence of a genuine encounter with God.

Jesus said that we should be as wise as serpents and as harmless as doves. That implies the need for wisdom and tact in bearing witness to Him.

The best that we can do is to receive these gracious gifts and out of gratitude to respond with faithful service.
