Mississippi voters choose nominees in 2026 U.S. Senate, House primaries

Mississippi voters are choosing Democratic and Republican nominees for U.S. Senate and House races Tuesday, with polls open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mississippi Today reported.

Mississippi Today said live results will be provided after polls close by The Associated Press on its website.

All four of Mississippi’s incumbent U.S. representatives and the state’s incumbent junior U.S. senator are running for re-election in 2026, Mississippi Today reported. Party nominees chosen Tuesday will compete in the general election on Nov. 3.

Races on the ballot include the U.S. Senate and U.S. House Districts 1, 2, 3 and 4, Mississippi Today said.
