Hustle fall to Greensboro Swarm

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. — The Greensboro Swarm (17-6) used a dominant third-quarter surge to rout the Memphis Hustle (4-19), 126-105, at the Landers Center on Tuesday.

Leading by just four at halftime, Greensboro outscored Memphis 39-17 in the third period. The Swarm dominated the interior, outscoring the Hustle 66-48 in the paint while adding 27 fast-break points.

Tidjane Salaun led Greensboro with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Jaylen Sims provided a major spark off the bench, contributing 19 points on 70 percent shooting. Tosan Evbuomwan added 16 points, including a perfect 5-of-5 mark in the decisive third quarter.

Tyler Burton paced the Hustle with a game-high 28 points and 11 rebounds. Charlie Brown Jr. added 19 points, but Memphis shot just 41.1 percent as a team. The Hustle committed 15 turnovers, which Greensboro converted into 15 points.

The Swarm led by as many as 35 points in the final frame.
