- Reason for Election: These special elections are being held as a result of court-ordered legislative redistricting, which created new boundaries for several Mississippi Senate districts, including those affecting DeSoto County.

Senate District 2 (Parts of DeSoto & Tunica Counties)
- Theresa Gillespie Isom (Democrat)

Senate District 11 (Parts of DeSoto & Tunica Counties, including Walls)
- Reginald Jackson (Democrat – Incumbent)
- Kendall Prewitt (Republican)
Senate District 19 (Parts of DeSoto & Marshall Counties)

Voter Information
