Southaven Man Killed in Sunflower County Crash
SUNFLOWER COUNTY, Miss. — A Southaven man was killed Saturday evening in a two-vehicle crash in the Mississippi Delta, according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP).
Authorities identified the victim as 33-year-old Martez Duncan.
The collision happened on Highway 448 in Sunflower County when Duncan’s car and a pickup truck collided. Officials said Duncan died at the scene.
The driver of the pickup and a passenger in the truck were also injured, but their conditions have not been released.
MHP said the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
