The Southaven Chamber of Commerce is hosting “Par Wars: Golf & Games Tournament” at Olive Branch Country Club, the chamber said in a social-media post.
The event will combine golf with a Star Wars-inspired theme and feature pickleball run by Bangers Pickleball, the chamber said. The post said there will be a costume contest for Jedi, Sith or other out-of-this-world looks and opportunities for networking with local professionals.
Breakfast will be provided by Coffee Central by Ethnos and lunch will be provided by Michael Hatcher & Associates-Memphis, according to the post.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Southaven Chamber Foundation, the chamber said. The post said sponsorships ranging from title to hole and game sponsors are available and that spots and team entries are limited.
