Nov. 7, 2024 – The Southaven Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the 2024 holiday season with the following events:
Dec. 7 – Southaven Christmas Parade – 10:00 a.m. – Highway 51 and Main Street. “Candy Cane Lane” – The Southaven Chamber’s Daytime Christmas Parade will feature floats, Southaven High School and DeSoto Central High School Marching Bands, horse-drawn carriages, and so much more.
Parade route: First Commercial Drive north on Highway 51 to Main Street; east on Main Street to Northwest Drive, ending at City Hall. Parade participants will exit onto Brandywine.
Dec. 7 – Santa’s Workshop Family Festival – 11:00(ish) – 1:00 – Southaven City Hall located on Northwest Dr. Immediately following the parade, the Santa’s Workshop family festival will be full of holiday cheer. Bring the Kids for pictures with Santa, sip hot cocoa, decorate Christmas cookies and more! With local craft vendors, food trucks, and fun activities for the kids, there is something for everyone. Proceeds from this event benefit the House of Grace.
