South Point Grocery groundbreaking held

Groundbreaking was held Monday afternoon for South Point Grocery in the area of Silo Square in Southaven. 

The groundbreaking event attracted the presence of Lt. Gov. Delbert Hosemann as well as Southaven Mayor Darren Musselwhite and state Sen. Dr. David Parker (R-Olive Branch).

South Point Grocery is also located on South Main in downtown Memphis and touts itself as a full-service grocery store.  

When completed. expect the Southaven store to carry a wide assortment of fresh produce, dairy, frozen food, ice cream, beer and wine. The store will also include a deli department and meat service counter with an onsite butcher.
