SecurTrust Federal Credit Union robbed

Southaven police report a robber wearing a wig, hat and mask struck a credit union in the city during the noon hour Thursday and a suspect is being sought. 

Officers responded to SecurTrust Federal Credit Union at 3870 Goodman Road East around 12:15 p.m. Thursday.   

Police describe the suspect as a Black male wearing a blonde wig, red hat, red mask, orange work vest and red sweat pants with white stripes. 

After the robbery, the suspect left in a white F-250 that has a logo on the back driver side door and will have front and passenger side damage from a wreck leaving the scene. Police said the  truck was stolen out of Memphis approximately an hour before the robbery. 

The credit union posted the following on social media after the robbery:
