The Panola County E-911 Call Center thanked its dispatchers during an annual week that honors 9-1-1 personnel, the center said.
The center said the observance highlights the vital, often unseen work of dispatchers. It said they ensure public safety, provide critical assistance during emergencies and support police, fire and EMS personnel.
In a message to staff, the call center wrote, “THANK YOU!”, the center said.
