Olive Branch to hold children’s fishing rodeo May 9

Olive Branch Parks and Recreation announced it will hold its annual Children’s Fishing Rodeo Saturday, May 9, at the amphitheater in City Park, the department said.

Registration is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m., and the rodeo will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., according to the announcement.

Participants should bring their own bait, rods and reels. Prizes will be awarded for tagged fish and through random drawings, the announcement said.
