The LeaderSYP conference aims to equip teens and young adults with real-world workplace skills, Southaven Young Professionals said.
Organizers said the program focuses on confidence, communication, networking and leadership. They said those are skills not always taught in classrooms.
Southaven Young Professionals said businesses and individuals can sponsor students for $100, which covers 10 student tickets. An exhibit opportunity costs $200 and includes a table and 10 student sponsorships, organizers said.
