Organizers said they will partner with DeSoto Shred to host a community shred day in Southaven to give residents and businesses an opportunity to dispose of unwanted documents.
Organizers said DeSoto Shred will bring a truck to the event and provide shredding services for Southaven, surrounding areas and the business community.
The organizers said they typically hold two to three shred days a year to help people clean out documents they no longer need.
Organizers said there is a 50-pound limit for donations to the shred day.
