Aug. 19, 2025 – Golfers across the Mid-South are invited to hit the links for a cause this fall at the Paws on the Green Charity Golf Tournament, benefiting local spay and neuter programs. The event will take place Monday, Oct. 20, at Wedgewood Golf Club in Olive Branch. Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon, followed by a 1 p.m. tee time.
Supporting Animal Welfare
The charity tournament raises funds to help reduce pet overpopulation by supporting affordable spay and neuter services for local dogs and cats. Organizers note that 100 percent of proceeds will go directly to these efforts.
Registration Details
Entry fees are $100 per player or $400 per team (teams of four). Each registration includes:
18 holes of golf
Golf cart
Lunch
Prizes and Extras
Awards will be given for:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
Longest drive
Closest to the pin
Additional opportunities include hole sponsorships for $100 and mulligans available at $2 each (two for $10).
