OXFORD, Mississippi — Capt. Keene completed the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy, the Oxford Police Department said in a social media post. The department congratulated all recipients.
The department said recipients devoted themselves to all three courses in the FBI-LEEDA leadership series: supervisory, command and executive leadership.
The post singled out Capt. Keene for special recognition and included the message, “Job well done, Captain!”
