Lynn Jones: Using our time well

Time has a way of slipping by all of us without our noticing. We hear a lot about “non-renewable resources” these days.

In the book of the Bible that bears his name, James said that we should be “swift to hear, slow to speak.”

We start to approach the time where Christians prepare to give thanks for and celebrate the eternal gift given to all, the gift of the baby Jesus.

The greatest gift that He has given His people is the gift of new birth.

We often concentrate on things of little importance and do not see big, important things.
