Pueblo County deputies and U.S. Marshals arrested 28-year-old Sharayon Brown and recovered an 11-year-old child, authorities said. Olive Branch police said they had asked the U.S. Marshals for help after learning Brown might be in Colorado.

A Saturday night crash damaged a traffic signal at Centerhill Road and DeSoto Road, and DeSoto Electric crews are repairing the light, Mayor Ken Adams said. Officials warned the roadway may be shut down during repairs, causing delays.

Owner Tina Tatum and the Coffee Central team said the cafe is celebrating its seven-year anniversary and invited the public to a celebration and commemorative photo opportunity. The business said it serves food and beverages in a ‘unique, hip space’ and offers a full catering menu to support the community.

The Southaven Chamber said it is partnering with the Southaven Police Department, the DeSoto County Economic Development Council and other area chambers to present a free workshop. Registration is required.
